If you receive an EU opposition on your trademark application, we would be glad to prepare a response and a document with observations and claims. If you wish to institute an opposition action against a third party who you believe is infringing on your existing earlier intellectual property rights, I can also institute the opposition proceedings and make submissions on your behalf.
I am qualified to represent EU and non-EU natural and legal persons before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). I'm a practicing intellectual property lawyer and specialise in international trademark law.
